Program

Sibley Motors text messaging is operated by PD Charlotte LLC, a Sibley Motors company. It sends account notifications, service updates and customer care messages to people who opt in, for example on our text sign-up page or our contact form.

Opting in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. After you opt in, we send a confirmation text.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email contact@sibleymotors.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enter, and at least 18 years old.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in data for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
