This policy explains how Sibley Motors and its company PD Charlotte LLC ("we", "us") collect, uses and protects information when you visit sibleymotors.com, contact us, or sign up for text messages.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
  • Consent records: when you opt in to texts, we record the date and time, the page you used, the consent language you agreed to, and your IP address, so we can show you asked to hear from us.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes standard data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide customer care.
  • To send the text messages you signed up for, and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and deliver messages (such as our web host, email provider and text-messaging provider), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. We keep text opt-in and opt-out records for as long as you are subscribed, plus the period required to demonstrate consent.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
